Morane Saulnier M.S.406

Morane Saulnier 406 was one of the mid-1930's french planes. During the Winter War in 1940 Finland received the first Morane Saulniers as a gift from France, and more captured planes from Germany, when they invaded France.

Planes were outdated during the war, but they were enchanced here in Finland (Mörkö-Morane -type). Morane Saulniers were removed from Finnish Air Force service in 1948.

About the model
Kit: Hasegawa 1:72 scale

Modifications: Only seat-belts added

Notes: Very high-quality kit with several individual planescto choose. I chose to make it squadron (LeLv) 28's plane during winter 1943, flown by sergeant Martti Vihinen (5 wins).
